- In case of defects, non-delivery, or misdescription, the store will manage the claim and represent the customer in resolving it with the supplier.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We operate transparently and responsibly. You may request a cancellation or return under the following conditions:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days..
- Due to international logistics and supplier fulfillment, delivery times typically range from 7 to 42 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
- Order cancellation is only possible before processing or shipment.
- Refunds for delayed shipments are not issued unless the order is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier.
- An order is considered lost only if:
- Tracking shows no delivery confirmation after 60 business days from the shipping date, or
- The carrier confirms the loss in writing.
- Delivery is considered complete when the carrier tracking status shows “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or misdescribed items within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims of non-receipt submitted before the maximum delivery window are not eligible for refunds.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
